How to Buy from Power-Store
GENERAL
Ordering online from power-store.com couldn't be easier. Take your
time to browse through our product pages. When you find an item you wish
to purchase, simply click on the Add to Cart button. The product you
selected will be added to your shopping basket. You can continue to browse
through the store and add/remove products from your basket. When you’ve
found all the items you require, simply click on CHECK OUT to pay. Your
items will then be delivered by express courier.. You may also browse
a product by selecting from the product menu on the left-hand side.
SECURITY
It is our mutual interest to ensure absolute security for our customers
and power-store.com. All ordering is conducted on a Secure Server
with the latest security features. Upon ordering, your credit card details
are
kept secret and are inaccessible to all. If you are unhappy about
placing orders using a credit card on line, we can also accept payment
via cheque
or bank transfer (alternatively, you can call us on +44 (0) 1202
697979 to speak to a customer services representative directly).
SHIPPING
Orders are sent via Citylink who specialise in shipping sensitive
electronic equipment, cash and confidential documents throughout
the world. We also have accounts with UPS and Pallex for overseas and heavy
consignments. All shipments are fully traceable on the internet.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & SHIPPING
Power-store.com currently ships to all member states of the EU, Australia,
New Zealand, South Africa, Canada and the USA. If you require shipping
to a country outside of these areas, please email us directly at
sales@power-store.com.
CUSTOMS & DUTY
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once
the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs
clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and
cannot
predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country
to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
When ordering from power-store.com, you are considered the importer
of
record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country
in which you are receiving the goods. VAT is charged at the UK rate of
17.5%.
STOCK & LEAD TIMES
We endeavour to keep sufficient stock of all items at all times.
While we aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 days of receipt, please allow
up to 28 days for delivery. In the event of extended lead times, we will telephone you directly.
COMPLAINTS
We take complaints very seriously. If you make a complaint, we will
deal with it within 24 Hours. All complaints are reviewed by Senior
Management to ensure that we give you the best possible service. If you wish

WARRANTIES & RETURNS
In the unlikely event that your product does not work or arrives
in a damaged condition, you must telephone 01202 697979 for advice.
Most incidents are related to installation problems that can be simply
solved
in a short telephone call. If we are unable to resolve the issue
by telephone, we will issue you with an RMA (Return Materials Authorisation)
number.
Further instructions will be issued when the RMA is provided. DO
NOT RETURN PRODUCT WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER!
In the event of a warranty claim, our engineers will decide whether
to repair or replace the product. Please note that we are not responsible
for return shipping, labour or other consequential losses of a warranty
claim as set out in our standard terms and conditions of businesss.
In the event of you wishing to return a product, firstly you must
telephone 01202 697979. All returns must be in perfect, unused, resaleable
condition with original packaging. Returns may be subject to a 15% administration
and re-stocking fee.
